The People Behind Your Care

Ieshia
Office ManagerIeshia joined our team in April 2024. As our office manager, she helps coordinate the doctors, staff, and patient flow and enjoys being part of the growth of the practice. She attended dental assisting school in New York through OCM BOCES and has more than 11 years of experience in orthodontic and general dentistry. Outside of the office, Ieshia enjoys drawing and reading, and loves visiting her family in New York whenever she can.

Anna
Patient CoordinatorAnna has been part of our team since the practice first opened in March 2017 and received her training on site. She has enjoyed watching the practice grow from the beginning and appreciates the relationships she has built over the years. As our patient coordinator, Anna supports both the front office and clinical team wherever she is needed. She is the mother of two daughters, Caroline and Ava Kate, and enjoys reading, traveling, attending concerts, and occasionally running a half marathon.

Rebekah
Insurance CoordinatorRebekah joined our team in September 2025. As our insurance coordinator, she helps patients understand their treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financing options. She loves the small-town, family feel of the office and enjoys continuing to learn, saying there is something new to learn every day. Outside of the office, Rebekah enjoys live music, and she is a proud dog mom to her “son,” Mumford.

Cindy
Dental HygienistCindy has been part of our team since the practice first opened in March 2017. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Colorado Health Science Center in 1989. Cindy enjoys building relationships with patients and values maintaining those lasting connections over time. Outside of the office, Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children - two daughters and a son. Family is an important part of her life, and she loves supporting each of her children in the things they love.

Gianna
Dental AssistantGianna joined our team in October 2024. She received her training on-site and enjoys meeting new people and helping patients overcome their fear of the dentist. In her role, Gianna helps keep the doctors organized and coordinates the flow of patient treatment, contributing to a smooth experience for both the clinical team and patients. Outside of the office, Gianna enjoys horseback riding and is a proud dog mom to her “son.”

Rachael
Dental AssistantRachael joined our team in January 2026. She enjoys socializing with patients and brings a willingness to help wherever needed while continuing to learn and grow in her role — she was also valedictorian of her class. Rachael has two daughters, Holly and Hannah, and enjoys spending lake days out on the boat and cleaning and maintaining Airbnbs.
